Public Session
Available on 1st and 3rd Saturdays in January – April
7pm – 11pm Ghost Stories/Ghost Hunt:
Cost: $30 per person
- Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Registration MUST be completed no later than 1 hour before event.
7pm – 4am Ghost Stories/Ghost Hunt/Overnight Paranormal Investigation
Cost: $80 per person
- No one under 18 years of age permitted, must have valid photo ID.
- Registration MUST be completed no later than 1 hour before event.
Overnight Paranormal Investigation
Private Session
7pm – 4am Ghost Stories/Ghost Hunt/Overnight Paranormal Investigation
Cost: $80 per person
Minimum Number: 8 people (minimum total cost = $640)
Additional People: $70 for each person over minimum requirement ($10 savings per person)
$150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve private date. Remaining balance to be paid in full within 7 days of registration completion.
All Check-In will need to be completed 30 minutes prior to beginning of investigation.

Rules & Regulations
- No Smoking, Lighters, or Sharp Objects permitted on premesis
- Camera and Video use IS PERMITTED (Please tag us if you post it!!)
- Guests exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be escorted off the property immediately without refund.
- No Animals
- No Infants/Toddlers
- No Alcohol or Drugs
- By attending this event, all guests release the Major Graham Mansion, the staff, the owners, the volunteers, the sponsors and agents from all responsibility from claims of harm or damages. Guests wave and hold harmless the Major Graham Mansion, owners, staff, officers, volunteers, agents and associates from all losses, physical injury, theft, etc. Guests enter at their own risk.
- All emergencies should be reported promptly to HGM staff members.
